We are seeking a commercially minded leader to serve as Country Sales Head and Managing Director for our India business, with primary responsibility for supporting and expanding our pigments business.
This role combines ownership of country sales performance with responsibility for the effective leadership and governance of the local entity. The successful candidate will translate regional segment and product strategies into market action, deepen relationships with customers across relevant pigments markets, and identify new avenues for sustainable growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will help shape the future of our pigments business in India by identifying current markets, applications, customers, and commercial opportunities, while strengthening existing customer relationships and driving operational excellence.
What you will do:
• Set the country growth agenda
• Develop and execute the country commercial strategy, with a primary focus on the pigments business, in alignment with Asia Pacific segment and product management priorities.
