What You'll Do

As the Global L&D; Innovation Director, you will lead the innovation engine within BCG's Global Learning & Development Strategy & Transformation Office.



Reporting to the Global L&D; Strategy & Transformation Senior Director, you will run a ringfenced innovation team focused on identifying, prototyping, and PoC testing the next generation of online learning experiences for BCG.

BCG's L&D; model is evolving to deliver faster, more personalized, data-informed, and AI-enabled upskilling in support of BCG's 2030 strategy. You will be a critical leader in making that roadmap real, helping stand up the innovation team and tech squad, pilot adaptive learning, develop agentic learning prototypes to scale new products and experiences over time.

You Will Lead Work Across Three Connected Domains

• Innovation portfolio management - shaping the intake, prioritization, sequencing, governance, and delivery discipline for a portfolio of high-priority L&D; innovation initiatives
• Experimentation and product development - leading the development and validation of recent audienc
