Executive OverviewDIMEAI IT SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a high-execution, results-driven Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead commercial expansion in India for our flagship mobile cybersecurity platform, Nonashield.

This role is structured as a Founding Commercial Partnership designed for a hands-on enterprise sales closer who thrives in an early-stage startup workplace. As a key founding leader, you will own the end-to-end commercial strategy and revenue collection, earning direct co-founder equity tied to market validation and client acquisition.

? Core 90-Day MissionPrimary Objective: Originate, manage,



and close 2 to 3 paying enterprise client logos within your first 90–120 days to validate Nonashield's commercial offering in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Pipeline Origination & Closing• Leverage personal networks to originate high-priority enterprise opportunities across target financial sectors.

• Conduct top-to-bottom sales cycles from C-suite outreach to contract finalization and revenue collection.

2. Proof-of-Value (PoV) & Pilot Execution• Structure and manage high-impact Proof-of-Value (PoV) and pilot programs tailored to enterprise security requirements.

• Seamlessly transition successful pilots into multi-year production accounts.

•

3. Account Governance & Growth Strategy• Navigate enterprise procurement, legal reviews, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.

• Build a scalable enterprise go-to-market (GTM) playbook for Nonashield across
