We are now expanding our team and looking for an experienced Senior D365 Consultant specializing in Project Management and Accounting (PMA) / Project Operations.
Role Description
The Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (Project Operations / PMA) is a freelance consulting role, 100% remote, for a professional with 7–8 years of experience. It is ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex implementations, bridging the gap between business and technology, and driving digital transformation. The consultant will:




• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration and deployment of D365 Project Operations (PMA).
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into Functional Design Documents (FDD).
• Configure and optimize project contracts, billing, resource scheduling and expense management.
• Ensure seamless integration between Project Operations and D365 Finance & Operations (F&O;).
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical developers to design custom solutions and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications
• 7–8 years of hands-on experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Deep functional expertise in D365 Project Operations / Project Service Automation (PSA) and Financials.
• Proven track record of leading full-cycle D365 implementations in a consulting capacity.
