Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Gwalior for a Hiring HR Recruiter, BDE Telecaller, and Counselor. The role involves sourcing, screening,



and coordinating candidates for fresher and experienced hiring, managing end-to-end recruitment activities, and maintaining candidate databases. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients, explaining services and opportunities, scheduling interviews, and following up to ensure smooth communication. The role also includes counseling candidates on suitable career paths, training programs, and skill development options aligned with organizational requirements. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to support staffing targets, prepare reports and updates, and contribute to business development initiatives through effective engagement and relationship-building.
