About MULT TECHS IT SOLUTIONS:

We provides IT hardware sales, computer servicing, system assembly, and technical support solutions for individuals and businesses. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Technical Service Engineer to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to develop practical technical skills, work with different computer systems, and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laptop and desktop servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assemble current desktop PCs, from budget office systems to high-performance PCs.
- Diagnose hardware issues and assist with component replacements and upgrades.
- Install operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
- Troubleshoot software, operating system, and system performance issues.
- Provide onsite technical service and support to customers.
- Assist with warranty claims, product replacements, and service coordination.




- Visit dealers and vendors for component procurement and purchase orders when required.
- Maintain basic service records and handle customer interactions professionally.

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and servicing.
- Understanding of desktop components such as processors, RAM, SSDs, motherboards, and graphics cards.
- Practical troubleshooting skills or a willingness to develop them.
- Interest in PC building, laptop servicing, and IT hardware.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team.
