Role Description This is a full-time, in office Litigation Associate role based in Noida. The Litigation Associate will handle corporate and commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings,



motions, and legal opinions, and preparing case strategies under supervision. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth legal research, reviewing documentation, assisting with depositions, and coordinating with clients and external counsel. The role involves regular appearances before appropriate courts and forums, managing case files, and ensuring timely compliance with procedural requirements. The Litigation Associate will also support ICLC’s mission by contributing to legal literacy initiatives and advising organisations on dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of corporate and commercial statutes and procedures.
• Experience in courtroom practice, including familiarity with Courts, hearings, and litigation processes.
