• LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and network troubleshooting
• Routers, switches, and firewalls
• Windows and Linux administration
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and OCI
• Infrastructure monitoring: Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity integration
• Infrastructure documentation, incident management, and change control
• Collaboration with networking, security, and DevOps teams

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Basic to intermediate networking and system administration knowledge
