Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with experience in *AutoCAD and Revit* to support a US-based mortgage company with property drawings, floor plans, and building documentation. The role involves reviewing property layouts, preparing or updating architectural drawings, and assisting with property valuation and mortgage-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update residential and commercial property drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Interpret architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and building layouts.
- Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D building models as required.
- Review property drawings for dimensions, layout accuracy, and consistency.
- Support US mortgage-related property documentation and valuation workflows.




- Coordinate with US-based clients and internal teams to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Follow client-specific guidelines, quality checks, and documentation procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Knowledge of architectural drafting, floor plans, elevations, and building layouts.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication skills and willingness to work in US time-zone shifts.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US residential or commercial property drawings.
- Exposure to mortgage services, property valuation, appraisal support, or real estate documentation.
- Familiarity with US building plans, measurement standards, and architectural conventions.
