About the RoleWe are looking for a technically solid, hands-on engineer to join our team during the final engineering, execution and commissioning stage. You will shape, review, implement and commission the facility's HVAC and environmental-control systems, with a focus on indoor air quality, ventilation, filtration, temperature and humidity control, reliability and long-term operating performance.

Key Responsibilities• HVAC systems: Chillers, chilled-water systems, pumps, AHUs, DOAS, VAV systems, ventilation, ducting and associated piping.
• Environmental control and indoor air quality: Evaluate and improve filtration, fresh-air delivery, temperature and humidity control, CO₂ levels, odour management and particulate control.
• Engineering design and review: Develop complete calculations, equipment selections, system layouts, drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and vendor submissions.




• Technical evaluation: Assess OEM and consultant proposals, identify technical gaps and deviations, compare equipment options, and recommend technically sound solutions.
• Site execution: Inspect installations, review workmanship, resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants, OEMs and contractors.
• Testing and commissioning: Establish commissioning requirements, verify system operation and performance, review test results and ensure proper handover documentation.
• Controls and BMS/IBMS: Define HVAC monitoring requirements, operating sequences, sensors, setpoints, alarms and integration interfaces.
• Associated systems coordination: Coordinate HVAC interfaces with relevant mechanical utilities and other building systems, including fire and life-safety interfaces where applicable.
• Long-term performance: Support preventive maintenance planning, energy efficiency, system reliability
