Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Meta Ads Expert with strong hands-on experience in E-commerce and Lead Generation campaigns, budget management, tracking, catalos management, and CRM integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns for E-commerce and Lead Generation.
• Handle $20,000+ monthly advertising budgets and optimize campaign profitability.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking.
• Manage product catalogs, product feeds, and Meta Shops.




• Integrate Meta Lead Ads with CRM platforms and automate lead management workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing and prepare campaign performance reports.

Required Skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Proven experience managing $20,000+ ad budgets.
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce and Lead Generation.
• Expertise in tracking, Conversions API, catalogs, and Meta Shops.
• Experience with CRM integrations, automation tools, Shopify, or WooCommerce.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently manage large ad budgets, solve tracking and integration issues, and scale campaigns while delivering measurable results.
