Job Description

We are looking for experienced and energetic US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team for bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US clients across various technologies and employment types.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Recruit for W2, C2C, C2H, and contract positions.
• Work on IT requirements involving Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity, SAP, and other technologies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and assess technical skills.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Negotiate rates, verify availability, and confirm notice periods.




• Maintain candidate databases, submission trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with account managers, vendors, and hiring managers to meet hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US employment types, time zones, and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet bulk hiring targets.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment tracking systems.
• Preferred Candidate Profile
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates with experience in high-volume US IT staffing.
• Strong sourcing skills and a target-oriented approach.
