i'm looking for a creator onboarding specialist to join Akimbo Talents, our talent management vertical at Akimbo Media™

i'm not looking for someone who simply knows how to onboard creators. i'm looking for someone who understands the creator economy, recognises untapped potential, and knows how to identify the next generation of "hero profiles."

what I'm looking for :
- min 1 yr exp in creator onboarding or working with a talent management agency.
- a strong understanding of the creator economy and the evolving entertainment landscape.
- an eye for identifying high-potential creators who can become standout talent.
- excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- robust relationship management skills and the ability to build long-term creator partnerships.




- flexibility to work remotely and independently.

Please note: this is not an HR role.
: you'll be working directly with me, take ownership of creator acquisition and onboarding, and help build a talent management vertical with a bigger vision.
