Role Description This is a full-time, in office Corporate Trainer – Personal Finance role based in Mumbai. The Corporate Trainer will design and deliver training programs on personal finance topics, including budgeting, savings, investments, tax planning, and debt management, for internal teams and external audiences.
Responsibilities include creating structured training content, presentations, and learning materials; conducting classroom and workshop-style sessions; and simplifying complex financial concepts into practical, relatable guidance. The role also involves assessing learner needs, evaluating training effectiveness, updating content to reflect regulatory and market changes, and collaborating with subject matter experts and leadership to align training with business goals. The trainer is expected to maintain high standards of learner engagement and ensure that training supports 1 Finance’s human-first, hyper-personalized approach to financial well-being.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of personal Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to translate concepts into practical guidance.
