Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, floor supervision, and ensuring smooth service during all shifts. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, while enforcing company policies and procedures.



The Restaurant Manager will handle guest interactions, address concerns, and work to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with the kitchen team, monitoring costs and revenues, supporting hiring and training efforts, and reporting performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
• Strong customer focus, with demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Experience in hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, with effective people management abilities.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality control, and basic costing.
