Requirements:
• Lead creative direction across branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media.
• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Shape and maintain the company’s brand identity, visual language, and creative standards.
• Translate complex AEC and data center concepts into clear and engaging visual stories.
• Provide creative direction and lead 3D animators, designers, video editors, and other creative professionals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to drive creative projects from concept to execution.
• Review and ensure quality, consistency, and alignment across all creative deliverables.
• Stay updated on design, branding, digital marketing, and emerging creative trends.
• Explore AI-powered creative tools and new approaches to improve creative workflows and output.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Branding, Graphic Design,



or a related field.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating creative direction, branding, campaigns, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience leading creative projects and providing direction to design teams.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, typography, layout, and design principles.
• Excellent creative, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work independently.
• Ability to edit graphics and create visually appealing, high-quality content independently is a huge plus.
• Experience working with US-based companies or clients is a plus.
• Experience in AEC, engineering, construction, data centers, or B2B industries is a strong plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and creative tools is preferred.
