​Role Overview
​Coordinate care and travel logistics for Bengali-speaking international patients (primarily from Bangladesh and West Bengal) seeking medical treatment in India.

​Key Responsibilities
​Patient Support: Communicate treatment options, doctor opinions, and cost estimates in fluent Bengali and English.
​Medical Coordination: Share medical records with partner hospitals and secure expert opinions.
​Logistics Assistance: Help patients with visa invitation letters, local travel, accommodation, and hospital visits.
​Case Tracking: Maintain patient case histories and follow up regularly to ensure a smooth treatment journey.

​Requirements
​Language: Native or fluent spoken and written Bengali; fluent English.
​Background: Degree or background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Nursing.
​Skills: Solid communication, empathy, basic medical terminology, and organizational skills.
