About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Automation Developer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and intelligent workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), prompt engineering, MCP integrations, and AI agent orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain multi-agent workflows using Google ADK.
• Build MCP-based integrations with internal tools, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop AI agent workflows with effective tool routing, memory management, and orchestration.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve agent performance and reliability.
• Support agent testing, evaluation, debugging, and optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Agentic AI automation solutions.
Mandatory Skills
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Practical experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and tool integrations.
• Experience in agent orchestration, memory management, and prompt engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.
• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM applications and agent evaluation frameworks.
Preferred Experience
• Enterprise workflow and process automation.
• Building production-ready AI agents and integrating third-party tools.
• Experience with Python-based or Node. js-based AI applications.
Significant: Candidates with practical implementation experience in Google ADK, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and MCP integrations will be prioritised.
