Job Description – Senior Finance Executive
Work Location: Remote
Plant Location: Siddhpur, Patan, Gujarat (working remotely)

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for our manufacturing plant located in Siddhpur, Patan. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, GST, and TDS and be capable of working independently in a remote setup while coordinating closely with the plant and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities in Tally ERP.
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
• Handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and input tax credit.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors,



consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Process vendor payments and monitor receivables and payables.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable tax regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter is preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP, GST, and TDS.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote workplace while coordinating with the plant team.
