Role Description The Academic Coordinator – EdTech will oversee academic operations and digital learning initiatives for The TuitionE, working in office in Kolkata in a full-time capacity. This role involves coordinating curriculum implementation for ICSE, CBSE, and ISC boards, aligning content with academic standards, and supporting tutors in delivering effective online lessons. The Academic Coordinator will collaborate with educators to integrate technology into teaching,



organize academic schedules, monitor learner performance data, and recommend interventions for improved outcomes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining academic records, facilitating communication among tutors, learners, and guardians, and contributing to continuous improvement of online learning materials and processes.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Education, with familiarity with ICSE, CBSE, and ISC curricula and school-level academic requirements.
• Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing, organizing, and updating lesson plans and learning resources for digital delivery.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with tutors, learners, and guardians, and for documenting academic processes clearly.
• Background in Academic Advising, supporting learners with course planning, study strategies, and performance improvement.
• Ability to conduct Research on educational
