The Role

This role is positioned within the internal controls and compliance framework, with responsibility for performing independent reviews over financial reporting processes to support adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.

The role involves evaluating financial records, supporting schedules,



and control execution, with a focus on completeness, accuracy, and alignment to internal policies, accounting standards, and audit expectations. The position also contributes to strengthening the control setting through structured review procedures and consistent documentation practices.

The Main Responsibilities

• Perform independent reviews of financial processes, including balance sheet account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and related documentation
• Assess adherence to SOX requirements and internal control standards
• Review and validate supporting documentation to ensure appropriate substantiation of financial balances, including aging and classification
• Identify gaps in documentation, control execution, or process adherence, and document structured observations
• Track and follow up on review observations to support timely resolution
