Role Description The Immigration Legal Assistant will provide day-to-day support to attorneys in preparing and managing immigration matters in a full-time, remote capacity. Responsibilities include drafting and assembling immigration forms and legal documents, organizing supporting evidence, and maintaining accurate case files in digital systems. The role involves frequent communication with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and schedule appointments. The Immigration Legal Assistant will track case deadlines,



manage administrative tasks such as data entry and document management, and coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely and compliant filings. Collaboration via email, video calls, and case management software is expected as part of daily work.
Qualifications
• Robust foundation in supporting Legal Assistants or legal professionals in an immigration or related practice area.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting forms, letters, and supporting materials with high accuracy.
