Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Australia Recruitment Team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidates should have valuable communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, and international hiring.

Both freshers looking to begin their careers and experienced professionals with recruitment or sales experience are welcome to apply.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities

- Source suitable candidates through job portals, Linked In, databases, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen CVs and assess candidates based on job requirements.

- Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest and suitability.

- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and internal teams.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring updates.

- Work closely with the team to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

- Understand international job mandates and communicate role requirements clearly to candidates.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.

- For relevant roles, explain project details, opportunities, and associated processes clearly and professionally.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.





- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.

- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or international hiring.

- Good coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

- A target-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- A sales mindset and the ability to explain opportunities convincingly.

For Freshers: Candidates who are eager to learn, develop recruitment skills, and build a career in international recruitment are welcome.

For Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, candidate management, or sales will be an advantage. Experience with international recruitment or the Australian hiring market would be useful.
