Should be able to build an Ecosystem in Commodity for tracking and updating RMs, its prices Process Norms, its rates in Commodity Master. Should be able to guide Product Cost Engineers on using Technical know-how for Cost Assumption. 4. Should be aware of Polymer Materials and Processes for upfront Cost Optmisation Suggestions to Engineering and Development Teams 5. Study & Analyse of SOR/ Drawings, BOM, Process Assumptions, Mold Specifications for components. 6.
Cost Estimation of parts from SOR/drawing with the use of Standard Guidelines across sub Systems. 7. Drive Materials Cost Competitiveness for Current Project Parts 8. Process improvements through release of Procedures & Guidelines 9. Product / Process Cost Demystification 10. Negotiation Skils 11. On time release of SBC to SSU for meeting target timeline for VOB Preferred Industries Automobile Farm Sector Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering in Production General Experience 12 to 16 yrs experience in Product Costing, RFQ Management.
