Job Description:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance products, processes, and technology solutions.

- Lead requirement discovery workshops and discussions with business, operations, product, compliance, and technology stakeholders.

- Prepare and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Analyze and document insurance business processes across policy administration, underwriting, claims management, policy servicing, renewals, and premium processing.

- Identify process gaps, business risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure effective solution delivery.

- Participate throughout the end-to-end SDLC, including requirement analysis, solution design, testing,



User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post-production support.

- Coordinate with business users and QA teams to define test scenarios, validate business requirements, and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.

- Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve requirement-related queries, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology deliverables.

- Ensure that proposed solutions align with insurance industry standards, internal policies, compliance requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

- Maintain functional documentation, process maps, traceability matrices, and requirement change logs throughout the project lifecycle.
