- Source and recruit IT professionals for the US market through job portals, Linked In, networking, and referrals.
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full time requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Ensure timely submissions and closures against assigned requirements.
Education: Bachelors Degree
