Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms. This pivotal role is essential for driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between core HR systems, and delivering a superior employee experience through advanced automation and intelligent workflows. The successful candidate will act as a technical authority, leveraging deep expertise in the Service Now ecosystem to build scalable solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Architect and implement robust integrations using Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs to connect Service Now with external enterprise systems.

- Manage complex data synchronization and workflow automation across Workday, SAP Success Factors, and Oracle HCM environments.

- Design sophisticated automation processes utilizing Flow Designer, including Advanced Workflow Automation (AWA) and Virtual Agent configurations.

- Deploy and refine Generative AI capabilities, specifically Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to enhance service delivery and decision-making.

- Establish and maintain performance standards through Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and rigorous platform governance protocols.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of Service Now HRSD and ITSM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.





- Develop and maintain advanced case management solutions for Core HR functions, Employee Relations, and the Employee Center Pro interface.

- Engineer high-performance Service Portals and custom applications to meet specific user needs and streamline service access.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant skilled experience in IT services or software development.

- Proven expertise in Service Now HRSD and ITSM modules with a strong track record of successful implementations.

- Advanced proficiency in developing REST and SOAP API integrations and utilizing Integration Hub features.

- Hands-on experience integrating Service Now with major HR platforms such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, or Oracle HCM.

- Strong capability in building complex workflows using Flow Designer, AWA, and Virtual Agent technologies.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies including GenAI, Now Assist, and Predictive Intelligence within the Service Now platform.

- Demonstrated ability to configure Performance Analytics dashboards, execute automated testing (ATF), and enforce platform governance.

- Skilled in creating and customizing Service Portals and managing Core HR case management workflows.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of Service Now development experience. • Strong hands-on experience in HRSD and ITSM. • Knowledge of OOTB architecture, security, integrations, and scalable solutions. • Ability to handle technical design, stakeholder requirements, and team mentoring. • Immediate joiners only.
