Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day email correspondence through Microsoft Outlook.
Maintain purchase records and stock data.
Update and manage various project-related reports.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
Coordinate with internal departments for purchase-related documentation.

Required Skills:
Robust communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Word and Microsoft Outlook
Good documentation and data management skills
Basic knowledge of stock and inventory records
