About the role

Lead the creation and expansion of a new Forex & CFD brand targeting the Indian market. Responsible for building local teams, developing IB and affiliate partnerships, executing the commercial strategy, and driving business growth from market entry through to long-term scale. What you'll do

each submission ( 1. BD Commission Structure - fixed and variable (with details of the latter) 2. IB Payout Structure

What we're looking for

- Fluent Hindi & English
- 10+ years in Business Development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD
- Robust knowledge of the Indian trading market
- Experience building and scaling commercial teams and business operations
- Existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates (strongly preferred)
- xperience with CRM, lead conversion, CPA/Rev Share/Hybrid partnership models
- Strategic leadership and P&L; management experience

Salary

$15,000 – $20,000 per year
