Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Assistant Manager with strong knowledge of the B2B industry to develop and execute strategies that improve organic search visibility, increase website traffic, and generate qualified business leads.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and competitor analysis. They should also understand B2B business models, target audiences, buyer personas, and lead-generation strategies.

The candidate will work closely with content writers, web developers, and digital marketing teams to improve search performance, strengthen online visibility, and support the company's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and lead-generation goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis,



and search intent analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and qualified lead generation.
• Create and execute SEO roadmaps for website pages, blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement necessary SEO improvements.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.

2. B2B Industry Knowledge and Lead Generation
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the B2B industry, business models, target markets, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Identify relevant B2B audiences, buyer personas, decision-makers, and industry-specific search terms.
• Develop SEO strategies targeting businesses, professionals, and key decision-makers across relevant industries.
