Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven, and highly persuasive Marketing Manager (School Partnerships) to expand our presence across schools in assigned territories in Bangalore.

In this role, you will be the face of Star Innovators. You will visit schools during operating hours, identify key decision-makers (Trustees, Principals, Directors, and Academic Coordinators),



deliver compelling presentations, conduct complimentary demo sessions, and successfully close long-term school partnerships.

Work Schedule & Flexibility
Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Core Field Hours (6 Hours): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Dedicated to school visits, stakeholder meetings, and live demos on-site).

Flexible Reporting Hours (2 Hours): Complete daily meeting reports, pipeline updates, and follow-ups at your convenience anytime during the day/evening.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & On-Field School Visits
Map out target schools within your assigned geographic territory in Bangalore.

Conduct regular on-field visits during school hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) to establish direct contact with leadership teams.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
Connect with key decision-makers (Principals, Management, Trustees, and Academic Heads).
