Role Description The Estimator is a full time remote role responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects across all phases. accuracy, transparency, and client service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in cost estimating, quantity take-offs, and budget preparation for construction projects.
• Proficiency with estimating and softwares such a revu bluebeam, planswift etc.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and contracts with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with project management teams on scheduling, feasibility analysis, and value engineering solutions.
• Solid analytical,



numerical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and risk assessment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for reports, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in construction consulting or project management environments; familiarity with permits, subcontract management, and quality control is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to technology-driven workflows.
• Commitment to safety, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
