Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, managing requests for quotation (RFQs), and preparing and processing purchase orders in line with company standards. The role involves analyzing technical and commercial proposals, comparing supplier offerings, and ensuring materials and services meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. The Procurement Engineer will collaborate closely with engineering,



operations, and finance teams to understand technical specifications, optimize procurement costs, and support project timelines. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate procurement documentation, monitoring supplier performance, and contributing to process improvements within the procurement function.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes to assess vendor capabilities and negotiate favorable terms.
• Experience managing Purchase Orders and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to compare technical and commercial proposals, evaluate total cost of ownership, and support data-driven decisions.
