Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Mumbai. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients, present Ari Business Network’s Amazon and e-commerce consulting services, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role includes building and maintaining robust client relationships,



following up on inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness. The associate will collaborate with internal consulting and operations teams to align proposals with client needs, track sales performance, and meet or exceed revenue and commission targets. Daily activities involve outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and staying up to date on Amazon marketplace trends and company offerings.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Client relationship management and customer service skills, including follow-up and account nurturing
• Basic understanding of Amazon, e-commerce operations, and digital business environments (training can be provided)
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
