Role Description The Real Estate Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad, supporting clients throughout the property search, evaluation, and transaction process.



Responsibilities include identifying and presenting suitable residential and commercial properties, coordinating property visits, and explaining key features, pricing, and legal considerations. The Real Estate Associate will assist with lease and sale negotiations, prepare and review basic documentation in collaboration with legal consultants, and ensure compliance with relevant real estate regulations. The role involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, building strong client relationships, and providing transparent guidance on investment options aligned with client needs. The Associate will also collaborate with internal teams to support marketing activities, maintain accurate records of leads and transactions, and contribute to client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions, including residential and commercial property dealings.
