As a Principal Associate - Hyperlocal - Assortment, with 4-8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing hyperlocal assortment to drive business growth and enhance customer experience in a specified region. Your responsibilities will involve strategizing, analyzing market trends, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure a well-curated assortment that meets the needs and preferences of local customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute assortment strategies tailored to specific hyperlocal markets.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize product offering.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source, negotiate, and onboard new products for the assortment.
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing
