Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Noida. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in Ayurvedic and wellness product manufacturing,



build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and develop strategies to expand market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, contributing to pricing and growth strategies, and representing Mohta Wellness at industry events and client interactions. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company’s position as a preferred manufacturing partner.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Ayurveda, or wellness manufacturing.
