Role Overview

SIRE is looking for a highly strategic and result-driven Admissions Head / Sales Head to lead the entire admissions function. This role will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing the sales funnel, building high-performing teams, and establishing strong industry and institutional partnerships to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute admissions and sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets

Design the overall lead generation and conversion funnel

Forecast admissions numbers and revenue on a monthly/quarterly basis

Identify current growth opportunities (channels, partnerships, markets)

Team Leadership & Management

Lead and manage telecalling, counseling, and admissions teams

Hire, train, and develop high-performing sales and admissions professionals

Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams

Build a strong performance-driven and result-oriented culture

Sales & Admissions Execution





Drive end-to-end admissions process from lead generation to final enrollment

Optimize conversion rates at each stage of the funnel

Personally handle key/high-value prospects and institutional tie-ups

Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, telecalling, and counseling teams

Lead Generation & Marketing Alignment

Work closely with marketing team to generate high-quality leads

Optimize lead sources (digital campaigns, referrals, partnerships, events)

Monitor cost per lead and cost per acquisition

Improve ROI on marketing spends

Partnerships & Business Development

Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and industry partners

Develop strategic alliances for student sourcing and brand visibility

Represent SIRE in events, seminars, and networking forums

Process & Systems

Implement and optimize CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting

Establish SOPs for admissions, follow-ups, and conversions

Ensure data accuracy, reporting discipline,
