Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tax Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Tax Consultant will advise clients on Indirect tax matters,



including interpreting tax laws and regulations, assessing implications for business transactions, and proposing tax-efficient structures. Daily responsibilities include managing tax compliances, working on audits and assessments, recurrent tax advisory, etc. The role involves preparing technical notes and opinions, assisting with litigation management and representation before authorities, and collaborating with internal teams to implement tax automation and process improvements.
Qualifications
