Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to convert leads into enrolments by promoting educational and professional training programs.
Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Connect with students and working professionals to understand their learning and career goals.
• Explain course details, program benefits, pricing, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into admissions or enrolments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records,



and sales reports in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or educational counselling.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and sales reporting.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of any one South Indian language or Marathi is preferred.
