Roles And Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lingerie production activities to achieve production targets and shipment deadlines.
• Ensure product quality according to buyer requirements, approved samples, and technical specifications.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, manpower, attendance, and overtime.
• Ensure the availability of fabrics, lace, elastic, cups, straps, and other production materials.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, IE, Quality, Cutting, and Warehouse teams.
• Identify production bottlenecks and minimize rework, rejection, and material wastage.
• Monitor line balancing, machine utilization, and operator performance to improve productivity.
• Maintain production reports and analyze efficiency, downtime, and quality performance.
• Ensure housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance with buyer requirements and company policies.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and improve efficiency.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)




• Concentration/Major: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering.
