The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end test automation processes across diverse projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and suites across UI, API, and data layers using a modern tech stack. This role demands strong collaboration with development, DevOps, and product teams while maintaining a high bar for software quality, reliability, and performance in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, database,



and regression testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define test strategies.
• Design test frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Robot with Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Implement API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or Axios.
• Conduct database validation using SQL and NoSQL queries.
• Configure and execute automation pipelines via CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Perform test data setup, virtualized workplace management (e.g., Parasoft), and root cause analysis.
• Track and report test results using tools like JIRA, Rally, Xray, or TestRail.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to QA best practices and code reviews.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
• Work closely with DevOps and SRE teams to ensure seamless integration and test reliability.
