Role Description The Finance Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations of Synergia Foundation. This includes preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The role involves monitoring cash flows, tracking expenses, and assisting with compliance-related documentation and audits.



The Finance Officer will collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, contribute to financial planning, and communicate key financial information to leadership. This position requires a proactive approach to improving financial processes and maintaining strong internal controls.
