ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day store and inventory operations of one of its outlets.
The Storekeeper will be responsible for stock management, daily ordering, receiving and storage of products,
coordination with the central kitchen, inventory reconciliation, wastage control and management of customer orders
received through online ordering platforms.
The role requires a hands-on, organised and detail-oriented individual who can ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the
outlet.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STORE & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
• Manage the complete inventory of the assigned outlet.
• Maintain accurate records of food ingredients, finished products, beverages, packaging materials and other consumables.
• Conduct daily stock checks and maintain opening and closing stock.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and organisation of products.
• Monitor expiry and near-expiry stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
ORDERING & REPLENISHMENT
• Prepare daily stock requirements based on consumption, sales and available inventory.
• Coordinate with the central kitchen for regular and urgent stock requirements.
• Raise stock requisitions and purchase requirements as per company procedures.
• Ensure timely availability of required products and materials.
• Avoid unnecessary overstocking as well as stock-outs.
