Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan field sales.
• CIBIL score must be 700 or above.
• Candidates previously employed with DBA companies will not be considered.
Salary and Advantages

• *CTC:* ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA or up to a 30% hike on the candidate's last drawn salary, subject to eligibility and company policies.
• *In-Hand Salary:* Approximately ₹30,000–₹32,000 per month.
• Travelling Allowance (TA).
• Health Insurance.
• Performance-Based Incentives.
Working Hours and Schedule

• *Shift Timings:* 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• *Working Days:* 6 days a week.
• *Weekly Off:* First and second Saturdays of the month will be off.
Key Responsibilities





• Generate leads and acquire new customers for home loan products.
• Conduct field visits to prospective customers and develop business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers throughout the home loan application process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and prospective leads.
