Role Description The Team Leader – Hotel Data & Content role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the accuracy, quality, and consistency of hotel-related data entry and content on the GRNconnect platform.
This role includes managing a team that maintains rates, inventory, policies, hotel listing, mapping and ensures that content aligns with brand guidelines.
The Team Leader will coordinate data updates from global suppliers and direct hotel partners, monitor data integrity, and resolve discrepancies to support reliable search and booking experiences.
The role also includes setting performance goals,



coaching team members, and implementing best practices for hotel data management in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret static/ dynamic hotel contract data.
• Candidates should be experienced to manage cross-functional collaboration across time zones, and adapt to evolving technology and business needs.
• Relevant qualifications include experience in travel, hospitality, or B2B portals; prior team leadership or supervisory experience; proficiency with spreadsheets and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Well versed with travel tech platforms, data entry of contracts, stop sales, free sales, allotments etc.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting,
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data/Information Management, Hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.
• Based in India
