About the Role
Advantmed is looking for a energetic and people-centric Team Lead/ Lead Executive - HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives that enable business growth, employee engagement, and organizational excellence.

This role goes beyond traditional HR operations. We are seeking a proactive HR professional who can act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, influence organizational decisions, develop people strategies, and lead a high-performing HR environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution while mentoring junior HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnership
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and department heads.
• Align people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management,



succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational growth, business transformation, and change management programs.

Employee Relations & Performance Management
• Lead employee relations initiatives and effectively manage complex employee concerns and grievances.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
• Support managers with performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve overall employee experience.

HR Analytics & Insights
• Analyze workforce data, HR metrics, and organizational trends to provide actionable business insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Use HR analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
