Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Lead will drive strategic and end-to-end recruitment for ATLAS SkillTech University, partnering closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities. The role focuses on leadership, corporate, and technical hiring, workforce planning, talent mapping, and recruitment process excellence.
This is an individual-contributor role requiring strong ownership of complex hiring mandates, data-driven decision-making, market intelligence, and stakeholder management. The individual will independently manage recruitment priorities, provide strategic hiring insights, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies to support the university’s growth and evolving talent requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment challenges.




- Advise hiring managers on talent mapping, sourcing approaches, and hiring priorities.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for leadership, technical, and functional roles.
2. End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing to selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Drive leadership, niche, technical, and corporate hiring mandates across multiple functions.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted sourcing, networking, referrals, and professional platforms.
- Ensure timely hiring closures while maintaining quality standards and a positive candidate experience.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Build solid working relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and recruitment expectations.
