About ECL
The Entertainers Cricket League brings together stars from the entertainment world on the cricket field. It is a high-energy, broadcast-led property where seamless on-ground execution matters as much as the cricket itself.

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Venue Operations to own end-to-end venue readiness and match-day execution in Delhi. You will be the single point of accountability for the venue, leading vendors, internal teams and external stakeholders so that every match, broadcast and fan experience runs safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event Planning and Readiness
• Conduct venue recces and finalise the operational plan, layout and run-of-show with the tournament and broadcast teams
• Coordinate pitch, ground, nets, dressing rooms, medical room and team facilities with the stadium/ground authorities




• Plan zoning and flow for players, celebrities, crew, media, VIPs, sponsors and spectators
• Oversee setup of sponsor branding, hospitality areas, signage and temporary structures

Match-Day Operations
• Lead the venue command structure and run the day on-ground, from gates-open to teardown
• Manage player and celebrity movement, arrivals, green rooms, security protocols and access control
• Coordinate with broadcast/production for camera positions, OB vans, power, lighting and schedule alignment
• Oversee crowd management, ticketing/entry, parking, hospitality and F&B;

Safety, Compliance and Permissions
• Ensure all permits and NOCs are in place (police, fire, municipal, event licences, as applicable)
• Implement safety, medical, emergency and evacuation plans
• Coordinate with security agencies and enforce access and crowd protocols

Vendor and Team Management
• Manage and brief vendors for staging,
