We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista who can deliver high-quality coffee, creative beverages, and warm, personalized service at our café and bar, Cabami.

Job Description

1. Coffee Craft & Beverage Preparation

Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, flat whites, and other specialty coffee preparations. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, temperature, and quality with every order.

2. Espresso Machine & Equipment Handling

Demonstrate proficiency in operating espresso machines, coffee grinders,



and other beverage preparation equipment. Maintain the correct grind size, extraction time, coffee dosage, and milk temperature to ensure optimal beverage quality.

3. Latte Art & Presentation

Demonstrate proficiency in milk steaming, frothing, and latte art. Maintain high presentation standards across all beverages, ensuring every cup reflects the quality and aesthetic standards of Minimalist Hotels.

4. Guest Experience & Service

Deliver a warm, personalized, and engaging guest experience by welcoming guests, understanding their preferences, explaining the coffee menu, and recommending beverages based on their tastes. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.

5. Menu Knowledge & Upselling

Maintain thorough knowledge of the coffee menu, coffee bean origins, brewing methods, alternative milk options, and signature beverages. Actively drive café revenue through suggestive se
